For your safety the Sete Cidades Hotel has implemented the following internal measures:

  • Mandatory use of personal protective equipment in our facilities;
  • Maintain safety distances;
  • Body temperature control at the beginning of the working day;
  • Continuous employee training;
  • Standards of respiratory etiquette, hand hygiene and social conduct;
  • Cleaning protocols in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the Directorate-General of Health, the Portuguese Tourism Board’s guidelines concerning the Clean & Safe seal and the standards of The British Institute of Cleaning Science;
  • Food hygiene and safety protocols;
  • Supplier reception protocol.

To our customers we recommend:

  • Body temperature control at Check-in;
  • Recommendation to do the body temperature control every time you enter the Hotel using the automatic equipment;
  • Hand disinfection at the hotel entrance, access to the lifts and breakfast room;
  • Mandatory use of mask inside the Hotel;
  • Express Check-in – pre-Check-in online;
  • Postpone your stay if you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19;
  • Postpone your stay if you have been in contact with a positive case of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to arrival at the Hotel;
  • If the client does not test negative for COVID-19 on entry to the region, it is recommended that they comply with the guidelines of the Regional Health Directorate, remaining in isolation in their room until they receive the test result.

Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

The booking process on our website is very simple and intuitive. Choose your check-in and check-out dates, indicate the number of people and then click on the “Check Availability” button. Select the property you want and click on “Book Now”. Complete the booking form and you will be directed to our payment system. Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your booking.

Smoking is not allowed in any area of the Hotel (balconies included).

We have free WiFi throughout the hotel.

The hotel has free private parking. Subject to availability.

The cancellation policy can be found in your reservation when you make the reservation and if you wish to cancel.Please note the cancellation deadline for free cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please send us an email. Our cancellation policy will apply and you will be refunded accordingly. The cost of processing the booking and refund may be deducted.

Yes, the Hotel offers a free luggage storage service.

Yes, as long as they do not disturb the other guests and you inform reception.
